AgentsAt was founded on a simple observation: India has millions of MSMEs with strong products and thousands of skilled sales professionals looking for the right opportunities. Yet connecting the two remained slow, informal, and heavily dependent on who you happened to know.

We built the infrastructure to fix that.

Who We Are

AgentsAt is India’s first dedicated marketplace connecting MSMEs with verified commission based sales agents across industries and geographies. We are not a job portal. We are not a recruitment agency.

We are a matching platform built specifically for B2B sales partnerships, where businesses find the right sales professionals and agents find the right clients, without middlemen and without guesswork.

Since launch, we have grown to 7,000+ verified professionals, 100+ businesses, and 50+ industries, with a presence across 200+ cities in India.

Why We Built This

Every MSME at some point faces the same wall. The product is ready. The market exists. But getting to that market—finding people who know the territory, speak the language, and can sell with credibility—is harder than it should be.

The traditional options are slow. Referrals are limited. Job boards attract the wrong profiles. Recruitment agencies are expensive and rarely industry-specific.

At the same time, India’s independent sales professionals, experienced, motivated, and deeply embedded in their industries, have no structured place to find consistent opportunities. Their pipeline depends entirely on personal networks that have a ceiling.

AgentsAt exists because both problems have the same solution. Connect the right people, verify them, and get out of the way.

Vineeta Chaudhary

CEO & Growth Architect

Vineeta Chaudhary is the CEO and co-founder of AgentsAt. A science graduate with an MBA in Marketing and a postgraduate degree from MICA, she brings over 15 years of hands-on experience across business growth, digital marketing, e-commerce, and market expansion. Currently pursuing a doctorate, she combines research-led thinking with strong execution capabilities.
 
Over the years, she has worked closely with startups, MSMEs, and scaling businesses to build brands, design GTM strategies, optimize sales funnels, and create sustainable growth systems. At AgentsAt, she leads the company’s vision, growth strategy, partnerships, and platform expansion with a focus on building India’s most trusted B2B sales ecosystem.

Anshul Nanavaty

Co-founder

Anshul Nanavaty is the co-founder of AgentsAt and a third-generation entrepreneur at Urja Products Private Limited.


His years of experience building and scaling a family business gave him direct exposure to the single most persistent challenge MSMEs face: finding reliable, industry-aligned sales agents without a structured way to do it. That problem became the founding insight behind AgentsAt.
