As a third-generation entrepreneur at Urja Products Private Limited, Anshul spent years inside the operational reality of a growing MSME — where the product quality was never in question, but distribution and sales reach were constant constraints. Finding the right commission based sales agents, verifying their track record, and building a network that could grow with the business was slow, expensive, and heavily dependent on who you happened to know.
That experience became the clearest possible brief for what AgentsAt needed to be.
Anshul brings to the platform a ground-level understanding of how MSMEs actually operate — their cash flow realities, their risk tolerance, their need for partners who are accountable and industry-specific. He understands the agent side of the equation too: the value a skilled direct sales representative brings when they are properly matched to the right product and market.
At AgentsAt, he leads operations and the business development function, ensuring the platform delivers on its core promise — not just as a technology product, but as a working marketplace that creates real commercial outcomes for both sides.
